On behalf of the Board of National Trust of Australia (Queensland) Limited (NTAQ), I am pleased to invite you to our Annual General Meeting, which will be held on:
Date: Saturday 6 December 2025
Time: 10:00am (Registration opens at 9:30am)
Venue: Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary (Sir Walter Campbell Theatre)

The enclosed 2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting contains details on the business items you can comment on at the meeting, as well as explanatory notes and proxy form. Please note there will be no resolutions requiring member voting at this year’s Annual General Meeting.
Registration for the Annual General Meeting is open from 9:30am with a Morning Tea, which will be an opportunity to meet and speak with the Board and Leadership team. The meeting will commence at 10:00am with an overview of key achievements for the 2024/25 financial year and the company's strategic directions for the year ahead. The meeting is expected to conclude before 11:00am, and Members can then enjoy the rest of the day at the Sanctuary at their leisure.
I encourage you to attend the Annual General Meeting or lodge the enclosed proxy form if you are not able to attend in person. Please note at this year’s Annual General Meeting, there are no Resolutions requiring Member votes. The meeting provides an opportunity for Members to hear about the achievements over the past year and better understand the future strategy of National Trust of Australia (Queensland) Limited.
